Our Review Standards
To keep RentalRated fair and reliable:
- One review is allowed per user, per property.
- Reviews must reflect your own firsthand rental experience.
- Optional residency verification earns a Verified Tenant badge.
- Landlords may publicly respond to reviews but cannot edit or remove them simply because they disagree.
- Reviews that violate our Community Guidelines or cannot be verified after a dispute may be removed.
Your Privacy
Your review is automatically posted anonymously. If you choose to verify your residency, your documents are used only for verification and are never displayed publicly.
