Great apartments, questionable billing
I moved into this complex when it was first built. The unit was in perfect condition, amenities were amazing (pool, grills, free coffee in the lobby at all times, amazon package locker, party room for events, etc.). Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the fact that a many of us experienced significant billing issues due to incorrectly applied rent credits. This meant we were being asked to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars back to them at the end of our lease. Village Green was not helpful in getting this resolved and I ended up having to pay the balance, despite my lease agreement. With a different management company, this place would be hard to beat anywhere else in Lansing.
